Guided Breathwork will follow, helping release stagnant energy, connect to your higher self, and clear emotional blocks, enhancing the integration process.
Following the Sound Bath and Breathwork, there will be a guided Integration Circle, a sacred space for reflection, shared wisdom, and gentle conversation to anchor and process your experience, nurturing a lasting transformation.
